Gear Shaving is a finishing operation on gears. Shaving on the Gear flanks are done through a Shaving cutter.

We convert the conventional Gear Shaving machines in to 3 axis CNC Gear Shaving machines.

We have converted the conventional Gear Shaving machines of various makes like Hurth, Red Ring etc.

During rebuilding process, New Shaving Spindle, Headstock and tailstock centers are provided along with the gear box for Spindle drive.

Z axis (Axial) & X axis (Radial) - lead screws replaced with ball screw with CNC servo motors. Cutter spindle, cutter head swivelling & clamping, Taper & crowing attachments are re-conditioned. Work spindle, work clamping arrangements re-conditioned & for tailstock centers hyd arrangement provided for movement.

Original specifications of machines are retained. Machines are equipped with Fanuc/Siemens controller.
