Gear Shaping Machine

Gear Shaping is also one of the machining processes to make gears. Shaping machines are used to make external as well as internal splines on shaft as well.

We convert the conventional Gear Shaping machines into CNC Gear Shaping machines.

In Rebuilding process, machine is thoroughly dismantled and inspected. Major units like Hydraulic Male Female guide, Cutter Spindle, Bush and Relieving units are either overhauled or replaced with new.

Radial infeed and Table drives are modified into independent servo axis.

Machine guideways are corrected on Grinding and scrapping is done to re achieve the basic accuracy.

One of the prominent features of ARK’s made rebuilt machine is the ability to do “Taper Shaping” in Lead with variable angles up to 15 degree.

We have converted the conventional shaping machines of various makes like Lorenz, Liebherr, Pfauter etc.

We provide Fanuc/Siemens controller on Shaping machines. Menu driven programming is a standard feature of our machines.

Jobs produced on these rebuilt machines are in compliance with DIN 7 quality standard.
